MR02 Basic Set up

Hi Guys,
This is the only car I use when I race. It has a pretty basic set up. I try to keep it as simple as possible... it even has stock 3010's fets on it. ;) Enjoy!
-PN low down white springs
-PN +1 wheel offset front (I just recently started running +1 upfront and it made my car very stable. I switch it to 0 offset from time to time but so far I'm liking the stability I get from this offset so, I'm keeping it for now).
-ATM yellow plastic shim on top
-PN 2x shims bottom knuckle (I forgot the thickness of it but I'll post soon once I find out what it is)
-PN 20 slicks
-Kyosho kingpin (stock or stainless just make sure you polish them to mirror finish. It has to be kyosho. I found out that PN is not as smooth even after polishing them)
-PN silver limiter/cup
-2 degree ATM knuckles

Plastic Stock 0 Toe bar ( this is less to no binding issue when using aluminum knuckles)

ATM motor wire (this way you can bend them any way you want and its length is perfect off the package).

PN 6 rear radials
PN +1 delrin rear wheels
PN ultra light weight shaft (lightest in the market)
PN 53t spur (if you notice the spur is put on reverse. This is because it brings the gear closer to the middle of the shaft. Even by a little. ;) Now the pinion and spur meets toward the inside instead of further out).
Kyosho pressure plate (flat/even surface and last longer)
Reflex Racing Ceramic Balls (because they're cheap!)
QTEQ diff hubs (light weight)

PN 94-98 motor pod v1 (I use the v1 so that I wont need to use the top shocks. I just slightly push the arm backwards to have clearance between the chassis and the damper arm that holds the post. Try it!
)

(You can see here that the damper disc still sits in the middle of the plate)
PN disc v2
PN green spring bottom
PN blue springs top
ATM hardened post (last so much longer than regular posts)
ATM titanium damper plate (its flat/straight. So if your H-plate is already tweaked, this damper plate will actually de-tweak it. ;) Just make sure to use thicker oil. I personally use 60wt and 4k wt. Also, polish it down with 1500-2000 grit)

No need to screw the top screw in all the way. This way is fine too. Sometimes when it's too tight, the rearend feels too stiff. Just don't forget to use locktight on the screw!

PN Soft H-plate
PN H-plate adaptor v2
I only use PN H-plates. I swith them from M, S and somtimes SS then I use think oil like 4k wt on the dds.

Also, you want to make sure that there is no gap between the top cover and the chassis. If there is, one side of the damper plate would be higher than the other side, which is something you do not want.

Don't forget to rate it! ;) Thank you for reading!
