FAST PACE RACING SUMMER PARKING LOT RACING 2012

2012 Season will begin March 10th, 2012

At FPR we like making RC fun for everyone, with summer approaching we would like to start up some fun parking lot racing with classes everyone can enjoy. We're bringing back good ol fun racing, the track will be approx  90x40 and we will be using the roadrail system. Pit spaces and electricity will be all indoors where it will be cool. Join us this year for some exciting RC racing or just come kick it with us!

FPR 2011 Spec Rules - Parking Lot Racing

Entry Fee: $20.00 1st class, $5.00 2nd class, $FREE 3rd class
(FPR membership will get 2nd and 3rd class entry fee waived)

When: Second and Last Saturday of every month.
 
Where: FPR Front Parking Lot

Classes:

1/10 Mini 
1. Legal chassis platforms: All mini FWD/AWD/RWD chassis. 
2. Bodies: Any Mini bodies available are legal.
3. Tires and Wheels: Open to mini size by ABC Hobby, HPI, or TAMIYA 
4. Motor/ESC Rules: 27T ABC brushed motor, any brushed esc, or SpeedPasion Citrix 17.5 esc/motor brushless combo.
5. Battery rules: Any 2S lipo or NiMh 6-cell battery pack may be used.
 
1/10 Sedan (non ramping)
1. Legal chassis platforms: AWD chassis cars. 
2. Bodies: Any 1/10 bodies available are legal.
3. Tires and Wheels: Open to 24mm or 26mm wheels and tires.
4. Motor/ESC Rules: 27T brushed motor or any 17.5 esc/motor combo. NO RAMPING
5. Battery rules: Any 2S lipo or NiMh 6-cell battery pack may be used.
1/10 Sedan (ramping)
1. Legal chassis platforms: AWD chassis cars. 
2. Bodies: Any 1/10 bodies available are legal.
3. Tires and Wheels: Open to 24mm or 26mm wheels and tires.
4. Motor/ESC Rules: 17.5 esc/motor combo. RAMPING 
5. Battery rules: Any 2S lipo or NiMh 6-cell battery pack may be used.
Formula 1
1. Legal chassis platforms: All RWD chassis. 
2. Bodies: Any F1 bodies available are legal.
3. Tires and Wheels: Open to HPI, or TAMIYA. Open to foam or rubber
4. Motor/ESC Rules: 540-J Johnson type motor(any silver kit motor) or Speed Passion Citrix 21.5 Combo.
5. Battery rules: Any 2S lipo or NiMh 6-cell battery pack may be used.
 
FWD Class
1. Legal chassis platforms: All FWD chassis cars. 
2. Bodies: Any FWD 1/10 bodies available are legal.
3. Tires and Wheels: Open to 24mm or 26mm wheels and tires.
4. Motor/ESC Rules: 27T brushed motor or SpeedPassion Spec Cirtix 17.5 esc/motor combo. NO RAMPING
5. Battery rules: Any 2S lipo or NiMh 6-cell battery pack may be used.
